F.A.Q.s

How do I schedule Singing Lessons? Are they one-on-one?

You can sign up for our assessments/waitlist, send us a text or an email to schedule your lesson/s.

Our voice studio schedule is  Mondays to Fridays 1 PM-7 PM, Saturdays 8 AM-6 PM.

Yes, they are one-on-one. Groups Classes are also available.

*We cannot guarantee schedule requests, but please let us know if there is another schedule you prefer that is not above.

Are classes held online?

YES! for everyone's health safety from COVID-19,

most classes are held online.

*Hybrid classes are available under these circumstances.

Do you teach adults?

Yes, I do.

Do you teach kids? What is the optimal age to start formal training?

Kids between the ages of 4-7 are encouraged to come in for an assessment, so we can properly set how long a class should be.

My child has a voice teacher, but we also want you to train him/her?

I can work with your child as their voice coach as long as I get a recommendation or endorsement from their primary voice teacher.

How long will it take me to improve? Will I be able to sing like a pro after the packaged 10 lessons?

Most singers see improvement in the first few weeks of lessons. But the rate of improvement varies from singer to singer, depending on what you are working on as of the moment, your past experiences, and how much practice you put in on rehearsals. I can give a better assessment once I hear you sing. I have almost 20 years of experience and training under my belt; it would probably take more than 10 to sing like a pro if you are a beginner or have no experience in singing at all.

I don’t like to sing in front of anyone; will singing lessons help me?

Yes. My singing lessons are designed to be constructive and creative. I am here to help you achieve your goals of developing your singing technique and getting better at it. The more you develop your technique, the more confident you will become, and the more it eases stage fright.

Do I need to come in every week for lessons?

For beginners, a consistent 10-week lesson will reap more benefits than a haphazard one. Once you are more confident with your singing technique, we can arrange bi-weekly or one-off classes.

Do you give trial lessons?

No. Assessment, however, is free.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel a scheduled lesson please give me at least 12- hour notice. If it is an emergency or you feel sick, it is okay to cancel with shorter notice. But if you slept through class or you forgot your schedule (yes, this has happened more than once so many times) We will charge you for the missed lesson.
